They say I’m a monster, and sometimes I even start to believe it, It’s hard not to, when the red on my hands won’t go away no matter how much water I pour in them.

Everything’s so blurry now, like the line I crossed from victim to victimizer. Sometimes I even wonder, Was I really a victim?

But the fear I let go today, the tears I weaped yesterday, the nights I screamed and begged for everything to end, the pain I lived every time I said “No” but you did not hear me until I wasn’t useful to you anymore.

Maybe I was, maybe not. But the damage is done, for you and for me.

Was this the end I was expecting?

Of course not, but I had no choice, because today I decided, I was no longer going to be used like just some disposable toy or being trampled by your needs. Today I take charge and perhaps I became a monster, just like the one you deserved. Just like the one you were.
